I suppose all body types have a sort of natural beauty. In the same sense that an insect's eye is beautiful to behold up close, and in the sense that all humans are incredibly impressive, complex systems. But ultimately, beauty is entirely subjective; Someone can especially beautiful to me yet not to you. This goes for any subject of beauty. Not just body types. (e.g. a gun can be beautiful to one person and not another)

Since all body types have the potential to be beautiful to someone, yet it's true that beauty does have to be subjective, I'm mixed. I am quite swayed by the idea that beauty could be said to be inherent in the stunning complexity of all bodies' arrangements (not to mention the sheer wonder of their existence), regardless of type.

Thus, the claim in its most fundamental form may not be verifiable, but its colloquial cousin can be.

**pretty isn't the price you pay to exist in this world, you deserve respect regardless..** - bodies don't need to be beautiful. i believe [body neutrality](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.insider.com/what-is-body-neutrality-explainer-2020-8%3famp) is a more productive way of expressing that our bodies are perfect how they are even if they don't adhere to standards of beauty. however, even the idea of them needing to function "properly" implies we must be productive or useful to be worth something. i feel it's a step in the right direction, but we are a far cry from learning to love our bodies for what they are outside of what they can provide for others. - we cannot ignore the [standards of beauty](https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.teenvogue.com/story/standard-issues-white-supremacy-capitalism-influence-beauty/amp) since they are worth examining. they are proof that we have created a world in which we are categorised as attractive or not based on some standards which are ever-changing. this dictates how we are treated, so to ignore that people are treated differently for how they look is to sugar coat the reality rather than confronting it. - ugliness is associated with evil and prettiness with good, as seen even just in every disney movie. in reality, appearance means nothing in terms of someone's character. it should not be a taboo to not care about being "pretty" and if you do then it shouldn't be assumed to be for anyone but you. the standards are objective, but beauty really is in the eye of the beholder and subjective. this means people should focus on being beautiful to themselves and the people who really matter because making everyone happy is impossible and tiring.

Can't we just accept this reality that all body types are not beautiful..? Can't we please ? I mean C'mon BEAUTY depends on the body type... Yeah I mean if someone is chubby we can't exactly compliment them that they are BEAUTIFUL..and the fact is everybody knows this..we just can't accept and that's completely okay.. I believe..
