Americans spread their culture through media. Because of their history, Americans tend to fixate on race and they are influencing other cultures for which this historically hasn’t been a problem to do the same.

One could look at the imposition of American racial dynamics into our understandings of the Israel-Palestine conflict, for instance, in ways that don't fit or correspond.

This is true to an extent, but not nuanced or really accurate.
1. It depends on what other countries you refer to. England? Probably not, as they are the upstream here, so the “American” belief system really has a basis in white European culture.
2. The fixation with race began in Europe, and America has made it into an obsession.
3. We should be specific in rooting this issue with white America.
It is probably more appropriate to say that white people have imposed the fixation on race onto others, as well as encouraged others to cultivate their own racial ideology.
