**TL;DR Patterns of arousal show men and women can feel genuine attraction to both genders** - According to [recent studies] (https://www.advocate.com/bisexual/2020/7/21/male-bisexuality-real-new-study-confirms-once-and-all), men who identify as bisexual demonstrate more sexual attraction to men than straight men and more sexual attraction to women than gay men. Bisexuality does not have to be (and often is not) an evenly split 50/50 attraction to both genders. Rather substantial attraction to both genders at any level. - Bisexual women across a [10-year study] (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18194000/) demonstrate that their attraction to both genders does not serve as a transitional phase but identify with their labels longterm.

**Tl;Dr: Studies have proven that sexuality is a broad spectrum** • As Pricilla argued previously, Bisexuality does not have to be an evenly split attraction to both genders. In fact, you can label yourself bisexual even if you've only had relationships with one gender. It all depends on personal preference. • The Kinsey Insitute produced a measure of sexuality called [The Kinsey Scale] (https://kinseyinstitute.org/research/publications/kinsey-scale.php) which accounted for research findings that people often do not fit into exclusively homosexual or heterosexual categories. The scale itself suggests that there are degrees of sexuality, and that sexuality itself is varied.
