Second, when looking at the cooking technique for both, while there is no real difference between these two, cookies are sometimes baked for longer and biscuits are twice baked - since their is a difference with regards to ingredients. Third and last, the sweetness and sugar content of cookies make it better than that of biscuits as the flavors are more complex. So with cookies offering more versatility in terms of ingredients, texture and flavor, I would say that this is indeed, a no brainer. Cookies are definitely better than biscuits overall – since there's more variety as to whether one prefers decadence over plain and simple.
