Scientists have affirmed that human beings are [one human race](https://www.healthline.com/health-news/biologically-race-only-skin-deep) - Therefore, if our differences are only skin deep, the social outcomes cannot be partially biologically caused. - Other factors, notably upbringing, income and culture will have more impact on social outcomes with reference to ethnic groups specifically.

I would dispute pretty much everything you say there. Melanin levels in the skin are one thing but genetics play a role in so many other things. For instance many diseases are far more prevalent in some ethnic groups. Take sickle-cell anaemia for instance. How would that not have at least some social outworking in the real world?
