Did not consider these items bitter, clearly an acquired taste, more for me.

I generally like my chocolate at about 85% cacao if it is plain. I generally drink coffee light and flavored. But when I drink black, I like it really dark and really strong. I simply cannot drink sweet tea anymore. I generally prefer it hot, dark, and strong. While stouts will always be my favorite, I've recently taken a liking to hoppy bitter flavors like IPAs.
