I love starting new projects, if I have a passion and self generated interest in them. However if I have to start something new because I "need to" or if "I should" but don't really want to, then the joy of learning to master something new is almost lost amongst my winges and protests. My love is also affected by how difficult it is. As though I maybe enjoying it on some level, I found myself tested by just how complex or difficult it is, whether it is a self generated interest or something allocated by work, to be good for my career.
