• Often regarded as Americas most famous family the Kardashian/ Jenner family have dominated reality TV. Keeping up with the Kardashians ran for 20 seasons before it was announced in late 2020 that the show would come to an end.
• During this period, they have expanded their business portfolio into multiple ventures. Kim Kardashian West for example has her own make-up line, KKW beauty. She launched this in 2017 with her contour kit which sold out in ‘less than three hours.’
  Prior to this, although she did not invent contouring, she very much popularised the make-up technique She successfully drew on her influence of such and translated this into her business. One which continues to expand today.
• Likewise, her younger sister Kylie Jenner too started her own make-up line, Kylie cosmetics. Whilst the products now range from eyeshadows, foundations, and eyebrow products. She initially started off with one single product her lip kits. Following the media frenzy around her growing pout. She too capitalised on said popularity and her lip kits sold out in less than 10 minutes.
• The Kardashian empire does not stop there. Both Kim and Kylie have several other ventures alongside their other family members. Khloe Kardashian has her clothing line Good American. Their sister Kendall Jenner too recently started her own Tequila brand ‘818 Tequila’.
• They utilised their popularity from their reality TV show to create multiple businesses. It would be undeniable to say they are very business savvy individuals.
