A persons sexual orientation doesn't make them a good or bad parent.

Parenting is a team 'sport'. A persons's orientation may or may not affect their ability to parent. However one's gender certainly does change one's ability to parent and hence a hetero 'team' is different from a homo 'team'. So then there is actually a difference.

I do agree with the fact that sometimes one's gender can act as a blockade in parenting but it's the understanding that matters which can take place with or without parents being a homo team or hetero team.
for example, if there is a pair of hetero parents, they might have a daughter. That child's sexual orientation is only understood by the mother so technically by Nsoper19's opinion , the father has no value-that's how stupid the opinion is.

**TL;DR - LGBTQ Couples should have equal opportunities when it comes to having children.**
• A person’s sexual orientation does not affect a person’s ability to be a good parent.
• To achieve equality, everyone should be entitled to equal rights and restricting LGBTQ couples from having their own baby, through means of IVF and surrogacy, would be completely homophobic.
• As long as they are healthy and capable of looking after a child, no-one should be excluded from this opportunity, especially on the pre-condition of one’s sexual orientation.

If I need to know if gay people are able to raise children and be great parents I will look at YouTubers like team 2 moms and Rose and Rosie. They are loving parents and great examples of why you should allow gay people to be parents.

IVF or adoption, not surrogacy.
Surrogacy usually involves the exploitation of women who are poor or come from countries that are poor. It is cruel to the woman, who naturally feels an affection for the child she has borne throughout pregnancy and given birth to. All too often, those who use surrogacy regard it as a mere monetary transaction, and have no thought for the woman whom they have exploited.
