It emphasizes numerous subjects, from human misfortunes to stories of the always well-known adoration quest. While it is indeed written in words, these words wake up in the brain's creative mind and its capacity to appreciate the intricacy or effortlessness of the content. Literature empowers individuals to see through the focal points of others, and some of the time even lifeless things; subsequently, it turns into a mirror into the world as others see it. It is an excursion recorded in pages and controlled by the reader's creative mind. The present reality is always showing signs of change. Literature has an incredible significance and is concentrated upon as it gives the capacity to interface human connections and characterizes what is correct and what's going on. (for this I'm going to be focusing on books rather than lyrics, magazines, etc.) Some people complain that literature is 'too PC' or 'woke' nowadays and can no longer be read just to escape the hustle and bustle of real life. due to being full of underlying messages. Firstly it makes no sense to moan about literature being 'too PC' because the world we live in is full of discrimination, prejudice, etc. and literature is a great way to educate and spread awareness on social problems. If someone complains about books having too much 'political correctness' then they are most likely in a position privileged enough to ignore it otherwise. Besides, one of the main aims of literature is to bring across messages through metaphors, characters etc. (this is not anything new). And secondly, even when literature is an escape from reality, it is still simultaneously a reflection of it- even if it's set in another world. An example of this would be the Harry Potter series; even though this is a fantasy saga, there are many themes reflective of real life (e.g. governments in denial of a threat, clinical depression, and more). So literature really allows us to escape real life, and face up to it at the same time.
