**TL;DR The #MeToo movement needs reform, but we have to acknowledge its victories** There are several reasons why the #MeToo movement deserves criticism. The courage they summoned in the face of extreme adversity is awe-inspiring, and cannot be forgotten. Women's allegations are still being dismissed: lest we forget the abuse Christine Blasey Ford received when she came forward against Brett Kavanaugh. However, because of #MeToo, she was given a voice. Now, we must work to give her, and thousands of others, justice.

I've seen endless posts of Cope from women complaining that Guys no longer pursue them after initial rebuttals, call men weak willed and spineless for not pushing past the first no, Hell i wouldn't be with my GF if i just accepted the first rejection, but one of the main reasons why men dont try anymore is because of #MeToo as all it's done has allowed women to push for abuse where there is none because a guy they disliked attempted to court them, look it up its all over the place, especially since the guy automatically loses his job at the mere accusation never mind convictions.

Cultural Shift: #MeToo has catalyzed a cultural shift towards greater respect and equality in the workplace and beyond. It has sparked important conversations about consent, respect, and the need to create safe environments for everyone. Policy Changes: The movement has influenced policy changes and the implementation of stricter guidelines and regulations to prevent sexual harassment and protect victims. Against: Misuse and False Accusations: Critics argue that #MeToo has led to false accusations and a "trial by media" mentality, potentially harming innocent individuals. However, studies show that false accusations are rare compared to the vast number of unreported cases of genuine harassment and assault​.
