I mostly disagree, but perhaps new weapons of mass destruction and such should be suppressed.

I think the main problem with suppressing arms research is that it just gives the advantage to whoever doesn't.

How did it get funding in the first place, that is what I want to know!
Nevertheless, scientific journals are making headway in actively retracting papers that are scientifically ambiguous...think with increased connectivity this will became more common!
