If you are referring to making them mandatory for public schools, sure, they probably should be. If you mean that they should be mandatory to avoid going to jail, probably not. In general, there are specific situations in which it makes sense to require vaccines in order to participate in them, but it should be legal to not be vaccinated. This question does not specify which makes it impossible to answer.

Since when was that the point of marriage? And how is that 'necessary' to join a family? What part of changing the letters after your name is necessary in becoming a part of a family?
