I am their mother for life. I brought them into this world and as long as I am alive I will be there for them. I didn't stop being their mother when they turned 18. I owe them unconditional love and I will always do whatever I can to help them when and if they need it.

I believe that there are those that are more sensitive to spirits and have experienced them. I have on a few occasions seen people or felt people that I have known and have passed. It has not happened for quite a while though. I understand the skeptics because that is the reality of their world and they choose not to believe. It is not my place to convince someone who is not willing or cannot be open to the possibility.

Homework in moderation teaches more than just the subject. It teaches structure and self discipline. We need to give every child the best possible start in the real world which requires often times we have to do stuff we don't want to do. Teachers put in the effort to teach students. They are often overworked and underpaid. Life isn't the easy road and it takes education and hard work to be a successful adult.

The prison population is out of control and rehabilitation is just a word without any substance. I do believe there are those that deserve to be in prison and should stay there. If we were to get rid of prisons where would the worst be housed. I have read where it has been studied that there is no rehab or cure for child molesters. I don't want money wasted on those pieces of you know what just so they can fool the system and another child gets scarred for life. Rehab needs to consist of having opportunities available so that there is a possibility of change for those that want a change.

You may have the right to say something but whether it offends me is my choice not yours.

I am not obligated to do anything I don't want to. If I am in the position to help someone I will but doesn't matter if someone has helped me. My family and my brother-in-law's family hit some hard times. when their kids needed Halloween costumes I made sure they had that Halloween. I shared my food, etc. One day I needed help with something that my brother-in-law and sister-in-law I thought would help with. I will never forget my sister-in-laws words. I have to be able to help myself first until I become able to help others. It was a lesson learned. I do not hesitate to help someone. I no longer think it means someone will help me.

It is the damage that the lies and betrayal cause that is wrong. It steals your reality and makes you second guess every word or action in your life. Nobody has the right to steal your trust and your memories. you become the sum of all the different parts of the manipulation of your life and a new person is created and the innocence of your fairy tale is obliterated and your world becomes a darker place. Honesty is dealt with better even if it hurts.

Disappointed is understandable but anger has no place in the scenario. Expecting it is a selfish one sided approach and is more gratification for self than caring if your partner is on the same page.
