TLDR Perspective plays a large role on what is/isn’t commonly considered. I am a 20 something on an iPhone in my living room typing this after having a discussion on the public perspective on those transitioning in the public eye. Whether or not I like to admit it, chances are that this prompt of thought is at a disadvantage for the mere fact that it is on an online site not connected to Facebook. And what I mean is, most of the everyday people I know who use the internet, typically only use Facebook. Many don’t use social media at all. So asking for opinions on a topic like this is almost inherently biased. (I know myself well enough to understand that I probably fall into the aforementioned educated if not necessarily the elites. ) And while I doubt every person here is an elite , I would most definitely say educated. ( no matter the type of education) To those who live their lives based in daily tasks and providing and surviving? Anyone sitting down to discuss Culture Wars has a luxury that those who would not consider themselves elites do not have.
