President Donald Trump should still be impeached, even though the Senate vote occurs after he left office. Impeaching Trump will keep him from running for office again. He is accused of inciting the riot on Jan. 6, 2021, where his supporters broke into the capitol, and this impeachment will be his second. He needs to be impeached so he will not be able to run for president in 2024. The United States can not survive another four years under Trump. The last four years, we have had the highest number of coronavirus deaths, an economic crisis, and the largest divide between people. Any emergency or crisis that came to this country was met with a denial of its existence and strategic moves that seemed to only benefit the one percent. For a long time, it felt that there was nothing that could be done about the injustices occurring in this country. America can not let that happen again. Trump needs to be impeached
