if somebody can have body dysmorphia or sex dysphoria (usually called "gender" dysphoria), then i can't imagine why someone couldn't have race dysphoria. now, could some people be mistaking dysphoria for intense appreciation for a different culture or race (as sort of argued by Pricilla below)? of course, but i'm not sure if i'd say genuine race dysphoria never happens. brains are weird.

You used the word "gender," so I'm assuming you're referring to social roles seen as "masculine" or "feminine" -- what I'd call sexist stereotypes -- rather than biological sex. Either way there are only two, so I strongly agree with this, of course. Some may disagree, but "aerogender" and "deergender," for example, only exist online and nowhere as a social role in society, and anyone would have a hard time convincing me otherwise.
they aren't girls at birth, they're boys with undermasculinized genitalia until testosterone kicks in at puberty.
i just linked a video explaining 5ARD above, but it's important to know that there are still only 2 sexes -- reproductive roles -- in all multicellular life. again, if you're using gender as a synonym of sex rather than to refer to "masculinity" and "femininity" -- which only humans experience -- then i am for this statement, because a third gamete has never been found. either a species is isogamic -- like mushrooms -- or anisogamic -- like humans. anisogamic species are either hermaphroditic -- like slugs and clownfish -- or gonocchoric -- like humans. but even hermaphroditic species have only two sexes, just bundled in one body. again, no third gamete -- no third reproductive role, no third sex -- has yet been proven to exist, and anybody that can prove the existence of a third gamete is guaranteed a nobel prize. even if we talk about social roles and sex stereotypes, there are only two of these, since there are only two sexes. all third "genders" have always been reserved for gender-nonconforming men and women, but they still knew what sex they were. there are no female hijras, for example. FerociouslySteph identifies as deergender, but that doesn't exist as a social role and is complete nonsense.

Systemic racism isn't the only type of racism. White people can experience interpersonal racism.
calling a white person a racial slur is interpersonal racism. that can happen without the insulter having any systemic power. this is just one example.

BLM protests should be a clear example that protests don't always work, but i think they can, depending on what form of protest is used. I'd say marches work less so than strikes, for example. Marches, in my opinion, don't leverage any real economic or political pressure. But I wouldn't say that makes marches completely useless to protest campaigns across the board, since even those can take different forms.

The most cogent critiques vegans have of meat-eating are really critiques of commercial farming, fishing, etc. rather than meat-eating itself. Meat can be farmed, fished, etc. sustainably.
You can't get Vitamin B12 from plants, though, only supplements. Aside from the fact that supplements can't absorb properly without enough fat, if you aren't getting enough of certain other nutrients in the first place -- which are much less bioavailable in plants than in meat -- then they still won't absorb properly, even with enough fat.
