Opinions: A Style Guide

State an Opinion:

A single statement of belief. It can be your belief, but it absolutely doesn’t have to be. If someone thinks it somewhere, we want it on Parlia.

  • Check it doesn’t already exist on Parlia

  • State is as simply and clearly as possible. Short is beautiful…

Make the Case:

Make a Case supporting or attacking (or explaining) the Opinion. If the Opinion is the ‘what’, this is where we get the ‘why’.

You can make the case:

  • For the Opinion

  • Against the Opinion

  • Mixed: a bit of both, or maybe a commentary on the Opinion itself.

You can vote your favourites up, by hitting ‘Good Point’!

Comments:

Just does what it says ;-)

Keep them kind! We’re building together…
